As resources I’m including a so-called “White Paper” that a friend insisted that I write as guides to what would be needed to apply the proposed policy to all kinds of boundary problems. These guides need continual updating as conditions change.
Another “resource” is an example of how much wind power is available far off-shore, in the southern Indian Ocean and elsewhere. In presenting this I am not suggesting that it is the optimum way to go. It is in fact one of many proposals made by enthusiasts, including me, to indicate that we could wean ourselves completely off fossil fuels and on to renewables if we wanted to spend enough effort and money to doing so. It is aimed at pessimists who continually proclaim that we cannot possibly switch to renewables.
